PURPOSE:To reflect radio waves arriving from a broadcasting satellite or the like and to focus the radio waves effeiciently on the focus of a reflector itself by embedding a reflecting member on the front of the reflector approximately over the whole surface. CONSTITUTION:The reflecting member 10 formed like a united net is placed on the molding surface 2 of a lower mold by using a strand 18 formed by twisting plural glass fibers 16 and one metallic wire 17 mutually and a molding material 11 is superposed to the surfade of the reflecting member 10. Then, an upper mold 4 is descended to the lower mold 1, a guide rod 9 is engaged with a guide hole (unshown) and the upper mold 4 is descended moreover. The upper mold 4 is pressed to the lower mold 1 with prescribed pressure to form the reflector 13 between the molding surfaces 2, 5. Consequently, the reflector 10 is made embedded state in a position extremely close to the front 13a of the reflector, so that the electric characteristics of the reflector are improved. |
