PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of circulation by determining the optimum transport route according to the preset evaluation items on influence of the entry and delivery operation upon circulation efficiency and weight coefficient. CONSTITUTION:In the case where a steel pipe is delivered from the upstream equipment group 11-13 and entered in the downstream equipment group 15-18, the evaluation items on influence upon efficiency of circulation and coeffienct of weight are preset, and evaluatin points about all movable transport routes are computed just before delivery from the upstream equipment group 11-13 to determine the transport route having the maximum evaluation point. The steel pipe is transported through the thus determined transport route. Thus, transport efficiency can be improved. |
