PURPOSE:To improve the sealing performance of a blower and increase its heat exchange ability, by using a seal member consisting of an elastic material of curved rubber or the like. CONSTITUTION:A blower provides an impeller 10 having a blower function and a heat exchange function. The blower provides a separator plate 11 which separates a flow of air delivered from both surfaces of said impeller 10. This impeller 10 fixes to its peripheral part 10a a seal member 12 consisting of an elastic material of curved rubber or the like. And this seal member 12 forms its section in an almost C-shape. The separator plate 11 is positioned between end parts 12a, 12a of this seal member 12 of C-shaped section. The end parts 12a, 12a of this seal member 12, elastically pressing the separator plate 11, improve air-tightness. The seal member 12 may be fixed reversely to a side of the separator plate 11.
