The invention relates to a process for producing compact or cellular mouldings of polyurethane, polyurea or polyurethane-polyurea containing reinforcing agents by reacting a) organic polyisocyanates, b) compounds with molecular weights from 10,000 to 400 and at least two reactive hydrogen atoms and c) chain extenders and/or cross-linkers in the presence of d) fibre-containing reinforcing agents and, if appropriate, e) catalysts, f) blowing agents, g) auxiliaries and/or additives in closed moulds, the components (a) to (c) and, if appropriate (e) to (g) being processed as one-shot systems by the reaction injection moulding process and the fibre-containing reinforcing agents used comprising one or more polyurethane thermosets with a compressive strength (perpendicular to the plane of the mats) of 1.1 to 0.1 N/mm<2> at 30 % compression, which contain, based on the total weight, 50 to 95 % by weight of a fibre-containing sheet-like structure.
