PURPOSE:To make warming for a main steam control valve performable in a short time, by detecting a temperature of both inner and outer walls of the main steam control valve, while setting the opening of a parallel valve of a main stop valve so as to become within the allowable value of thermal stress of the control valve. CONSTITUTION:A temperature of both inner and outer walls of a main steam control valve 4 for giving the steam obtained via a main stop valve 2 to a turbine 6 is detected by thermocouples 13 and 14, finding a temperature difference between inner and outer walls. For example, a relationship between the temperature difference between these inner and outer walls of the control value 4 and the opening of a parallel valve 3 of the main stop valve 2 is set in advance so as to cause thermal stress to become within the allowable value, while a relationship between the opening of the parallel valve 3 and inner and outer wall temperature of the main steam control valve 4 is given in advance, whereby the opening of the parallel valve 3 is set up. Then, the opening of the parallel valve 3 is fed back by an opening generator 9, and the setting opening of the parallel valve 3 is compared with the detected opening by a comparator 17, while the opening of the parallel valve 3 is regulated by a regulator 18. |
