PURPOSE:To improve the application range of a card and its utilizing efficiency by providing a means compressing/deleting input information to improve the card function and the application range thereby attaining the active use by the user. CONSTITUTION:In recording information externally, an external signal is given to a microcomputer circuit CP through a video recording inpt terminal IN, an address in which the information resides is designated via the circuit CP via an I/O and recorded. Further, in case of reproduction the address is designated similarly and the recorded information is extracted. Then the inputted data is compressed via a DE circuit. That is, a pickcell to be sample and a pickcell around it and not sampled at all are connected by an OR circuit to apply proper compression. Then the result is displayed on a display device DSP via a memory circuit ME and a drive circuit DR. The application range and the utilizing efficiency of the card are improved by providing the compressing means in this way. |
