PURPOSE:To prevent a hydraulic pressure regulating valve from generating hunting by providing a bypass tube having a closing valve in a sealed oil supply tube, and opening the closing valve when a rotational shaft is stopped to flow out part of the sealed oil from the bypass pipe, thereby increasing the sealed oil amount at the stopping time. CONSTITUTION:A bypass pipe 14 having a closing valve 13 is provided in a sealed oil supply tube 4 in a machine for supplying sealed oil to gap 7 of a seal ring 5 slidably moving on a rotational shaft 6. When the shaft 6 is stopped, the valve 13 is opened to flow out part of the sealed oil from the tube 14. Thus, the flow rate of the prescribed amount can be obtained even if the sealed oil amount is less like when the shaft is stopped, thereby preventing a hydraulic pressure regulating valve for supplying the sealed oil from generating hunting. |
