PURPOSE:To increase the number of bits handled at a time without increasing the memory capacity by dividing data in the row direction and the column direction and storing data of individual groups in independent memories in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Input data of a serial signal is converted to a parallel signal by an S/P shift register 1 and is taken into a latch 3 through a shift register 2. Data taken into the latch 3 is stored in a memory circuit 4 consisting of six memories which are operated independently of one another, and data read out from this memory circuit 4 is outputted through a shift register 5, a data converting circuit 6, a P/S shift register 7, and a selector 8. These parts are controlled by a control circuit 9. |
