PURPOSE:To obtain a large holding force by a very simple and low-price constitution such that the force for holding a movable member does not fluctuate when being drived, by forming a buffer member with material in which paramagnetic powder is contained. CONSTITUTION:After a dumper 4 is formed in a plate shape with rubber in which paramagnetic powder is mingled, it is secured on the upper face of a stationally core 3. When the winding 2 is energized, a magnetic path which circulates through the stationally core 3, yoke 1, a movable core 5 and the dumper 4, is formed so that the movable core is attracted toward the stationally core to be displaced in the direction of arrow B. Since the movable core 5 strikes the dumper 4, its shock can be weakened and the movable core 5 can be held by the magnetic force at the position restricted by the dumper 4. |
