The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of ischaemic disorders of the heart, ischaemic cerebral disorders and thromboses, which comprise an aminobenzoic acid derivative of the general formula: <IMAGE> in which R is a radical from the group of radicals which are formed by removal of an OH group in the 1(alpha) or 1(beta) position of arabinose, xylose, glucose, galactose, rhamnose and mannose, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of a derivative of this type as active ingredient, and a pharmaceutically suitable vehicle for an active ingredient of this type. In general, the invention relates to the use of aminobenzoic acid derivatives according to the above definition for the treatment of ischaemic disorders. |
