PURPOSE:To reduce number of stations required for laver release, and to shorten the whole length of a machine, by constituting the titled device in such a way that preliminary release of laver at both the front and rear end parts and release of laver at the middle part are carried out in the same station. CONSTITUTION:When the drainboard 3 reaches the release part A and the cam plate rotates about 20 deg., and the upward pushing member 18 is operated to thrust up nearly the center of the stopped drainboard 3 through the attached laver 35. When the cam plate rotates 60 deg., the member 6 to press downward the front part rotates clockwise, the member 7 to press downward the rear part rotates counterclockwise, both the front and rear end parts of the drainboard 3 are pressed down, so that the drainboard 3 is stretched in the front and the rear directions, respectively while making the upward pushing point a boundary, so that the attached laver 35 is released in a range from both the front and the rear ends to half the upward pushing point. The drainboard 3 is bent at an acute angle by the member 6 to press down the front part and the guide part 26b of the guide lever 26, it is made into a so-called squeezed state, it is then advanced approximately in the horizontal direction, so the unreleased part is surely released and separated from the drainboard 3, and transferred to the bottom by the laver feed rollers 23 and 24. |
