<p>PURPOSE:To improve the convenience of use by changing displayed contents in accordance with the status of a document file at the selection of a required document file. CONSTITUTION:A word processor mode is selected by swtiching a mode selector and the contents of a memory for storing the status of the document file in a memory RAM are displayed. When a numeral ''2'' key is depressed for the displayed question, a control means reads out the 2nd file and whether the file is a new or formed file is decided. When a newly formed program NP is selected, the input request of a file name is displayed. If the 3rd formed file is selected by depressing a numeral ''3'' key, a call program CP is selected and the file name and the file size are displayed.</p> |
