PURPOSE:To suppress dazzlement due to pulse light generated from a head lamp of an opposite car and improve visibility in a far forward direction from a device loading car, by shifting a timing of irradiation of the pulse light of the opposite car and the device loading car. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 13 receives a signal A indicating presence of an opposite car from a monostable multivibrator 7, a signal B indicating approach of the opposite car from a monostable multivibrator 9, a signal C indicating that the opposite car is generating the same pulse light as of the device loading car from a monostable multivibrator 12, a signal D for measuring a timing of the pulse light generated from the opposite car, and an input signal indicating turning-on of a head lamp 3 from a light switch 2. A pulse light is generated from a light device 3. As the pulse light of the device loading car is generated at OFF of the pulse light of the opposite car according to an output E from the microcomputer 13, dazzlement due to irradiation from the opposite car may be prevented, and visibility in a far forward direction from the device loading car may be improved. |
