PURPOSE:To both enhance startability of an engine and enable the engine to be economically warmed, by detecting an alcohol mixing rate of mixed fuel, fed from a main fuel tank, through an alcohol mixing rate sensor and controlling on the basis of the detection value a flow regulating valve of fuel of different kind. CONSTITUTION:A fuel supply device provides a main fuel tank 1, storing mixed fuel mixing alcohol in gasoline as the fuel of different kind with combustibility higher than that of alcohol, and an auxiliary fuel tank 4 storing only the fuel of different kind. The main fuel tank 1, being connected through a fuel supply path 52 with a float chamber 3 in a carburetor 2 used as a fuel supply mechanism FS, supplies fuel in the float chamber 3 to a Venturi part 23 in an intake passage 32 from a nozzle 26 through a main well 10 and a main passage 9. And the fuel supply device, enabling the fuel of different kind from the auxiliary fuel tank 4 to be supplied to an upper part of the main well 10 through a flow regulating valve 6, controls the flow regulating valve 6 in accordance with an output from an alcohol mixing rate sensor D through a control means 16. |
