Dental treatment chair having a head wedge fastened on a belt

In order to support the patient's head in a manner appropriate for the treatment, a head wedge whose height is adjustable by means of a belt is frequently used in dental treatment chairs. In a known arrangement, the belt is provided with a rolling-up mechanism housed in a head rest part for the purpose of height ajdustment. In order to avoid the precision parts necessary for this a solution is proposed in which the head wedge is connected to the belt so as to be displaceable along the belt.
