The invention relates to an apparatus for stacking, storing and bundling periodicals, newspapers and similar used paper items which are discarded by almost all households and are to be sent for recycling. The apparatus comprises a stand, parts for supporting and guiding the paper to be collected, and tying-twine rolling and cutting devices which facilitate bundling and tying up to form paper packages.
