PURPOSE:To execute simultaneously the monitoring of a small-sized monitor television and the generation of a title, and to improve the operability of a video camera by providing a title generator on the video camera so as to be freely rotatable or freely attachable and detachable. CONSTITUTION:A camera main frame and a title generator are connected by a connecting line 6, and the title generator 1 and the camera main frame are structured so as to be freely attachable and detachable to and from an installation use supporting part 8. According to said constitution, a monitoring person 5 can execute simultaneously the monitoring of a monitor use small-sized monitor 4 and the generation of a title, by fixing the title generator 1 to a position where the operation can be executed easily, or supporting it with a hand, etc.
