PURPOSE:To make accurate a stopping position of a bucket by forming the captioned device which performs two-step control of deceleration and braking so as to measure deceleration distance transit time and determine, on the basis of the transit time, a driving time for bucket driving motor thereafter. CONSTITUTION:CPU performs deceleration distance control when a lower projection of a cover plate 5 passes through a hot sensor 6 following movement of a bucket 1, while it performs brakage distance control when the lower projection passes through the hot sensor 6. At this time, CPU performs operation of a time required for the deceleration distance and determines a bucket braking time correspondingly to the time of deceleration, and the driving time of a bucket driving motor 2 is adjusted. By this structure, the braking time corresponding to a change of the inertia force due to the quantity of coins in the bucket 1 is determined, and the bucket can be stopped at an accurate position.
