PURPOSE:To enhance the flatness of a lap winding for a coreless motor by forming a winding in a special locus to obtain the maximum torque efficiency in design to form a flat coil, thereby increasing the efficiency of the torque generation and uniformly forming the entire winding density. CONSTITUTION:The locus of a winding 12 is drawn from one point A of a central circular shape first in a direction for increasing the central angle theta as a radius (r) increases. Then, it is bent at a point M of the intermediate from the outer peripheral circle, traced to reduce the central angle theta as the radius (r) increases, and arrived at a point B on the outer circumference. Then, it is arrived at the intermediate point M' by increasing the angle theta as the (r) decreases, bent again at the intermediate point, decreased at the angle theta as the (r) decreases, and returned to a point A1 on the central circle. Thereafter, this is repeated to form a flat coil of lap winding. |
