PURPOSE:To convert the rotary motion into linear motion and to improve the accuracy by making an elongated notch crossing perpendicularly with the moving direction at a portion of slide table while sliding a projection at the tip of arm coupled with the drive shaft on the rear face of table in said notch. CONSTITUTION:A rotary arm 2 will convert the rotary motion of drive motor 1 into linear motion through a groove 8 at an elongated notch section for sliding to move a slide table 6 horizontally in the arrow direction thus to position the table 6 accurately and reproducibly. Slide rails 7 of linear groove are provided near the opposite ends of base 3 in order to move the table while fitting smoothly in the horizontal direction. Since the motor, slide table, etc. are constructed compactly and integrally in same direction, excessive space is not required. |
