PURPOSE:To prevent secure adherence of a burner mixture pipe to a head part even if juice-flowout occurs during cooking and the juice infiltrate into the inside of a burner, by a method wherein an engaging part is formed in a taper shape, partially in a recess, and an area of contact with the mixture pipe is decreased. CONSTITUTION:In a burner head part 2 located independently at the forward end of a mixture pipe 1, a non-contact part 2f, having a recess with an outer size phi4 (phi4>phi3) and height H4, is formed in the surface of a circular pipe with an inner diameter of phi3, making contact with a mixture pipe 1a, and in a level being H3 lower than that of a seal surface 2c. A cylinder surface is formed in the shape of a taper of phi1>phi3. Even when overboiling occurs and juice 8 enters the interior of a burner, the overflow of the juice 8 is such that most of the juice flows in a mixture pipe through a beveling 1d formed on a mixture pipe 1a. Further, even when the overflowing juice enters a gap 9 between sealed surfaces 1c and 2c for air-fuel mixture 3 and an engaging contact part, an area, where the juice 8 makes simultaneous contact with the mixture pipe 1a and a head part 2a, is only a (H3+H5) part, an H4 part is an engaging non-contact part, and also serves to prevent direct contact with the juice 8.
