PURPOSE:To prevent the production of tar by reducing an evaporating load at an evaporating wall through promotion of dispersion of fuel and to contrive the elongation of service life for an evaporating device, by a method wherein, in the inner wall of an evaporating cylinder, a staged part, protruded into an evaporating chamber, is formed on the outer periphery of the bottom of the evaporating cylinder, while a heater is disposed in the vicinity of the staged part, and a surface, where the fuel collides with the evaporating wall, is located in a level higher than that of the staged part. CONSTITUTION:In an evaporating cylinder 100, an evaporating inner cylinder 101 is formed by applying a drawing on a laminar metallic material in a manner that a potform staged part 102, protruded inwardly of the outer peripheral part of a bottom, is additionally formed. Fuel, fed in an evaporating chamber 107, collides with a heated collision surface 106, located to an upper side wall 105 positioned in a level higher than that of the stage part 102, a part thereof is evaporated and the rest is dispersed. The fuel is dispersed by the collision surface 106, the staged part 102, and the bottom, and thereby enevaporating load at each evaporating surface is decreased, and the temperature of a local evaporating wall is prevented from reduction. Besides, a heater is positioned in the vicinity of the bottom to increase temperature to a high value, and this procedure prevents production of tar during the evaporation of the fuel.
