PURPOSE:To reduce the necessary floor area while to facilitate the preparation or chip removing work by mounting a pallet loaded with a work from a multi- stage pallet station down onto the feed-out position through a crane then feeding through transfer machine to the machining center. CONSTITUTION:A pallet P mounted with a work fed out from the pallet containing shelf 1 through crane mechanism C to the feed-out position 2 is transferred through pallet transfer mechanism T' to the preparing station R where the machining position of work is adjusted then transferred through transfer mechanism T' to the original pallet containing shelf 1. Under this state, it is started to secure the pallet P onto the table of machining center thus to achieve predetermined machining position of work. The pallet P mounted with machined work is fed reversely along the transfer path to reach to the preparing station R or the pallet containing shelf 1 and enter into the waiting condition of following process. Since the pallet containing shelf can be increased upward, the necessary space is reduced while the performance is improved. |
