PURPOSE:To lower the production cost and running cost, by heating a circulating pump, a condenser, a turbine and a steam generating section arranged in a combustion chamber using a combusted gas in the combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:A steam generating section 2, a turbine 3, a condenser 4 and a circulating pump 5 are arranged in a combustion chamber 1. A fluid is heated in the steam generating section 2 to produce steam, and a power is obtained by the steam generated in the turbine 3. The steam leaving the turbine 3 is cooled in the condenser 4 to be changed to liquid. When it is required to restart the plant, since the steam generating section 2, the turbine 3, the condenser 4 and the circulating pump 5 are preheated by the combusted gas from the combustion chamber 1, while extra facility, fuel or the like for preheating are not required. Thus, the production cost and the running cost can be reduced. |
