A cartesian coordinating-type robot includes X,Y and Z axis motion assemblies, each having a carriage coupled to a guide and a drive to control carriage travel along the guide. A sensing switch is connected to the fixed contact point of a product when the product to be transferred is placed in position. The driving circuit comprises tansistors, a diode, resistors, inverters and HAND gates.
