PURPOSE:To automate a transfer of lead terminal to the step after electrically independent by coupling the terminal of the outermost side and adjacent dummy lead disposed at the outside via an insert molding, and then separating the terminal from a coupling member of the frame. CONSTITUTION:A lead frame is coupled by a strip coupling member 2 by arranging lead terminals 1 at an equal interval, the terminal 1 is connected by welding or other method to the terminal of an electronic part 4, and protected at the exterior by resin or the like. A lead terminal 1A disposed at the outermost side of a plurality of lead terminals 1 secured to the part 4 and an adjacent dummy lead 5A disposed further at the outside of the terminal 1A are coupled by an insert mold 7A, and a lead terminal 1B disposed at the outermost side of the terminal 1 of the opposite side and an adjacent dummy lead 5B disposed further at the outside of the terminal 1B are similarly coupled by an insert mold 7B. Thereafter, the terminal 1 is separated from the member 2 to be electrically independent from the terminal 1. |
