PURPOSE:To analyze easily the plural antigens or antibodies in an unknown sample with high accuracy by applying further microcapsules of liposome, etc. by each mol.wt. to the coarsely fractionated sample. CONSTITUTION:A sample liquid 1 is passed by a metering pump 4 to a column 5 and the successively eluted peak fractions are gathered to a microplate 8 for analyzing the sample by each peak while the elution curve at the absorbancy of a prescribed wavelength is obtd. by a continuous absorbancy recorder 6. The coarsely fractionated primary samples 9 are thus obtd. The primary sample 9 and a microcapsule 10 formed by depositing either of a hydrophilic antigen or antibody conjugating specifically with the component to be analyzed of the primary sample 9 on the surface and sealing carboxy fluoresceine therein as a hydrophilic labeling material are then brought into contact and reaction with each other on the plate 8. The labeling material discharged by such reaction is detected and measured by a fluorescence spectrophotometer 11, by which the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the component to be analyzed is executed. |
