摘要 PURPOSE:To realize a logical function which abounds in diversity by using a programmable logical array for obtaining a desired logical function by executing switching control by information of a memory element array corresponding to a gate arrayed in a matrix. CONSTITUTION:Points of intersection of signal lines 1, 2 arrayed in a matrix are connected through a gate circuit 3, and the gate circuit 3 is arrayed in accordance with the point of intersection of said matrix, and controls electrically a connection and a non-connection of each point of intersection. That is to say, gate switching control information is stored in a memory cell 4 arrayed in accordance with said gate array. In this memory cell 4, control information can be stored electrically from the outside. Accordingly, by controlling the storage information of said memory cell 4, a desired logical function can be constituted easily, and also the logical function is changed easily.
