PURPOSE:To prevent fuel leak resulting from generation of a pin hole due to a breakdown of the paint of an inner wall of a tank, by a method wherein a stem is made of resin or glass and a drainage pipe draining water accumulated within the tank is provided on the stem unitarily. CONSTITUTION:A stem 2 is provided unitarily with a drainage pipe 12 draining water accumulated on the bottom of the inside of a tank 1 out of the tank 1. The drainage pipe 12 is provided with a drainage pump 13 draining the water on the bottom of the inside of the tank 1 by acting through a matter that the water is accumulated on the bottom of the tank 1, a water detecting float 6 is risen and a water detecting reed switch 4 is turned ON. Then the stem 2 is provided with an oil pump 14 suspending refueling action through a matter that a fuel detecting reed switch 3 is turned ON by a fuel detectin float 5 when a predetermined quantity of fuel is supplied within the tank 1 during refueling. With this construction, automatic suspension of the refueling and drainage can be performed. |
