<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to also filter the grinding solution of the precision machinery industry by preventing the generation of discharge between electrode plates, by forming a zigzag fluid passage by alternately providing a plus electrode part and minus electrode part so as to interpose an insulator therebetween. CONSTITUTION:The space reaching the outlet part 3 of a square box shaped appropriate housing 1 from the inlet 2 thereof is partitioned by insulators 4 to provide a fluid passage 5, formed in a zigzag pattern in the up-and-down direction or the left-and-right direction, in said housing 1. In this fluid passage 5, plus electrode parts each having a metal net electrode or flat electrode 6a arranged thereto and minus electrode parts each having a flat electrode 6b and a dielectric fiber body 7 arranged thereto are alternately provided at every partitioned passages and high voltage is applied to both of or either one of plus and minus electrodes 6a, 6b. Therefore, the fluid 8 such as dirty oil having a metal fine powder mixed therein having entered the housing 1 from the inlet thereof repeats the charging at the plus electrode parts and the attraction and filtering at the minus electrode parts to be purified to reach the outlet 3.</p> |
