PURPOSE:To enable to correct the dispersion of the luminous output of every each light-emitting part by a method wherein each of the light-emitting parts is divided into two parts of a main light-emitting part and an auxiliary light-emitting part and whether or not to allow the auxiliary light-emitting part to make light can be selected. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor substrate 1 is earthed and when electrodes 3 are connected to a positive power source, light emits from all of main light-emitting parts 2 and auxiliary light-emitting parts 2b. The pattern of one of continuous parts 4 is cut to dots having a luminous output, which exceeds a reference. Whereupon, current is not supplied to the light-emitting part 2b in the dots, pattern of the continuous part 4 of which was cut, the light-emitting part 2b comes to not emit light, and the light-emitting part 2a only emits light. Therefore, there is no possibility that the luminous output of the dots exceeds a reference. The luminous area of an auxiliary light-emitting part is made smaller to dots having a too large luminous output in such a manner. As a result, the dispersion of the luminous quantity of each dot can be corrected. |
