PURPOSE:To prevent contamination of pins and to enable reliable separation of objects, by a method wherein, when objects are separated from a medium, to which electronic parts are sticked, a needle-shaped member with staged rodform part is pierced into the medium from its back when the medium is moved to a given position, and this causes separation of the part. CONSTITUTION:With a block 7 raised, a lower sheet 2 and adhesive 3 are torn by a tapered part 13. Subsequently, with a staged rodform part 14 raised, the lower sheet 2 and the adhesive 3 are further torn, and are tucked up. This forms a wide clearance 15, prevents lowering of the adhesive togetherwith the block when the block 7 is lowered, causes the part 5 to be separated in an stable altitude, and prevents the adhesive from becoming turbid.
