PURPOSE:To vary the input/output ratio (power multiplying characteristic) freely by constructing such that the contacting position between a lever provided between the input and output shafts and the input shaft or between said lever and the output shaft will be variable radially. CONSTITUTION:A poppet valve 17 is operated through the input shaft 13 to produce the differential pressure between two chambers A, B to be defined through a power piston 4 in the body 1 thus to push the output shaft 18 forward through the piston 4. Here, three levers 19 are arranged radially on the input and output shafts 13, 18 thus to transmit the reaction to be applied onto the output shaft 18 from the brake side to the input shaft 13. Each lever 19 is supported rollably on the front face of the power piston head section 8 and energized by a reset spring 10 to be rotated in Y-direction, while contacted with a projection 20 having spiral section secured to the output shaft 18 at the inner end side. |
