摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To rapidly control the readhesion by dividing the readhesion control mode when drive wheels slip at the regenerative time according to the speed of an electric railcar. CONSTITUTION:A brake command 1 is applied to a delay element 3, and becomes a current limit command 5. When the output of a slip detector 6 becomes ''1'' in this state, switches 4, 14 are shifted, and the command 5 is subtracted by the current limit value reduction value 12 at every one sampling time. When the output of the detector 6 becomes ''1'', the switch 14 returns to ''0'', and the command 5 holds the value at that time. A comparator 36 opens an AND circuit 38 in the low speed range that the speed V of the railcar is lower than the switching speed VCH, and does not control to decrease the command 5. Thus, the all shaft slips can be readhered as soon as possible.</p>
