PURPOSE:To prepare aloe-containing buckwheat noodle, having delicious taste, good for health, and suitable as a natural food, by adding juice prepared from the leaf of aloe to the raw material of buckwheat noodle. CONSTITUTION:About 100g of buckwheat flour is mixed with about 20g of wheat flour. The obtained raw material of buckwheat noodle is added with about 5g of aloe juice prepared by grinding the leaf of aloe with a mixer. The mixture is kneaded with one egg and a proper amount of water, rolled in the form of a sheet of about 2mm. thick, slit to about 2-3mm. width, and boiled for about 5min to obtain the objective aloe buckwheat noodle. |
