ENGINE ROLLING CONTROLLER

摘要

PURPOSE:To damp the vibration by rotating the sub-flywheel and the idle wheel in reverse direction from main flywheel thereby cancelling the inertia rotary moment produced in the rotary direction of crank shaft. CONSTITUTION:Flywheel system is comprised of main flywheel 1, sub-flywheel 2 having smaller diameter than main wheel 1 and idle wheel 3. Pulley belt 4 has several lines of ribs on the innercircumferential section while the outercircumferential section is formed flat where the innercircumferential section is contacting with the outer edges of sub-flywheel 2 and idle flywheel 3 while the outercircumferential section is contacting with the outer edge of main flywheel 1. Consequently, sub-flywheel 2 and idle flywheel 3 is rotated in reverse direction from main flywheel 1 to cancell the inertia rotary moment of crank shaft thus to damp the engine rolling.
