PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a video picture memory and to avoid deterioration of the video information in its record mode, by recording the video information with no A/D conversion and delivering the recorded video information in a form corresponding to an external device. CONSTITUTION:The signals delivered from output terminals 11-13 of a video signal 1 are supplied to input terminals 17-19 of video picture memory 14 respectively. When a print start switch is pushed, a signal showing the print state is delivered from a control circuit 32 through an output terminal 38. In this case, a signal of ''H'' level is delivered through an output terminal 39. At the same time, a signal shown in figure (D) is delivered from an output terminal 35. While a data signal shown in figure (E) is delivered from an output terminal 30. In such a way, the frequency of the clock signal delivered from a CPG21 is switched. Thus it is possible to deliver with selection the video signal recorded to the memory 14 to a color printer or a video monitor, i.e., external devices without using any special memory control circuit, etc.
