PURPOSE:To accurately disposed an electrostrictive element, an elastic unit and a rotary plate by bending a bent portion to the projection of a printed circuit board engaged with a mounting window of a housing. CONSTITUTION:When projections 11a, 11b are engaged with mounting windows 10a, 10b opened on the wall of a housing 10, a bent portion 10e formed near the windows 10a, 10b is bent to the projections 11a, 11b to input a high frequency signal through a printed circuit board 11 positioned and secured to the housing 10 to vibrate an electrostrictive element 13 secured through a cushion material 12 to the board 11, a lateral traveling wave of circumferential direction is generated on the surface of an elastic unit 14 fixed to the element 13 to rotate a rotary plate 15 contacted under pressure with the unit 14. In this case, when the bent portion 10e is bent to the projections 11a, 11b of the board 11 engaged with the windows 10a, 10b of the housing 10, the element 13, the unit 14 and the plate 15 are accurately disposed in parallel at an axial angle. |
