PURPOSE:To realize high reliability by making a pair of fuse means in serial and parallel modes at the time of writing and reading actions, respectively. CONSTITUTION:When a defective address signal is at a low level and a MOSFETQ2 is turned off, a pulse signal for a program is transmitted to gates of Q3 and Q6. Then they are turned on, and a fusing current formed by them runs to fuse means F1 and F2 in a parallel mode, thereby carrying out fusion. On the other hand, when Q7 is turned on at the time of reading, and the F1 and the F2 are caused to be a serial mode with respect to an electrode P3, reading is performed at a connection point of the Q6 and the F2. |
