摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the disturbance of winding, and to improve a space factor by displacing and dispersing the points of transfer, where winding transfers to a layer upper than some layer from some layer, in succession in the circumferential direction of a coil. CONSTITUTION:The point of transfer A1 to a second layer from a first layer is represented by the position of I , and the point of transfer A2 to a third layer from the second layer is represented by the position of II, which is moved in the counterclockwise direction at an central angle of 45 deg. of a coil 1 from the position of I and corresponds to one eighth of circumferential length. A wire is wound while transfer is displaced similarly at every 45 deg. in succession, and the point of transfer A9 to a tenth layer as a final layer in this example from a ninth layer is represented by the first position of I . Accordingly, since each point of transfer A1,...A9 is formed displaced at every central angle of 45 deg. of the coil 1, at every one eighth of circumferential length, winding is not disturbed, the external form of the coil 1 takes an approximately complete cylinder, and thickness in the width direction is also equalized and the coil having an excellent space factor is manufactured, and magnetic force generated when currents are flowed through the coil 1 is made constant even at any position of the coil 1.
