PURPOSE:To output a smaller one of each of signals as a turbine output signal, by providing for a circuit, which secures a turbine output from high-pressure first step pressure, and another circuit, which secures a low-pressure turbine output from low-pressure turbine inlet pressure and thereby estimates the whole turbine output. CONSTITUTION:In time of such a transient state as making an intercept valve come to close, a turbine output is detected out of low-pressure turbine inlet pressure, but at this time K' multiplies a proportional constant between the low-pressure turbine inlet pressure and the output by a constant alpha at the next counter 23 and secures the whole turbine output estimated value. This constant alpha expressing alpha=1/alphaU, alphaL is a low-pressure turbine load share rate, and when a high- pressure turbine load rate is set down as alphaH, it comes to an equation of alphaL+ alphaH=1. A minimum value selector 24 is made to output a smaller one of signals found each out of high-pressure turbine first step pressure 4 and low-pressure turbine inlet pressure 24 as a turbine output signal. It is a matter of course that in time of normal operation, the turbine output is detected out of the high-pressure turbine first step pressure 24 with an expression of alphaL>alphaH. |
