PURPOSE:To enable the judgement of the direction of a lead frame on the basis of the shape of a tab by removing a partial corner of the tab of a lead frame. CONSTITUTION:The tab 2 is fixed via tab-band lead 1 connected to the frame, and leads 3 are arranged around this tab. One of the corners of this tab 2 is removed into the form of an obtuse angle 4, so that the direction of the tab, i.e. the direction of the lead frame can be confirmed sure from the position of this obtuse shape 4.
