<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the motive power of a system effectively by performing the control of the system in the period (during turn down) wherein the characteristics such as outflow speed during the outflow of oxygen-enriched gas is lowered in the manufacture of the oxygen-enriched gas by a pressure fluctuation adsorption method. CONSTITUTION:In ase (step 1) wherein the flow rate of product gas is 100% and constant pressure adsorption is performed in tower A, pressurizing due to the product gas is performed in tower B and vacuum desorption is performed in tower C, after the flow rate of oxygen-enriched gas flowed out from the adsorption tower A has reached a prescribed value, the process is transferred to step 3. But, in case wherein the flow rate of the product gas is not attained to 100%, the process is transferred to step 2 and is not allowed to proceed to step 3 till the flow rate of product gas is counted for a preset vaue and a vacuum pump is connected to the atmosphere and becomes to unloaded state. On the other hand, ON-OFF for a compressor is repeated for maintaining the pressure of tower A due to the unload set and therefore the motive power is reduced.</p> |
