A waist and a neck protecting chair is provided to disperse the force of a user's waist that supports all the weight of a user's upper part by installing an armrest on a part corresponding to a user's armpit. A U shaped head support(H) adjusts the height of a vertical frame(5) by using a fixing tube(4a) and a fixing pin(3b). A hinge(1) is installed between the vertical frame(5) and a horizontal frame(6). The horizontal frame(6) is able to be moved to the left and right by using the fixing tube(4b) and the fixing pin(3a) to be adjusted according to a user's body. A cover for forehead and a cover for an armpit are installed. A hinge(2b) is installed as an armrest between frames(9,10) to enable a user to twist his body sitting on a chair to the left and right. The frame part(10) is formed to be bent upwardly in the shape of "L".
