<p>Cpds. and analogues of formula (I) and their salts are new: (X=CH2,O,S or NR; R=1-4C alkyl; R1,R2=H,OH, 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, halogen or CF3; R3=1-7C alkyl, 2-5C alkenyl, 2-5C alkynyl, 3-7C cycloalkyl, 4-7C cycloalkenyl or 1-6C alkyl substd. by 2-7C alkenyl, 2-7C alkynyl, 3-7C cycloalkyl, OH,SH, 1-6C alkoxy, 1-6C alkylthio, COOH, (1-6C)alkoxycarbonyl, 2-7C alkanoyl, NH2 opt. substd. by 1 or 2 1-4C alkyls or by 4-6C polymethylene opt. contg. a O or N atom, CONH2 opt. N-Substd. by 1 or 2 1-6C alkyls, or PhCO or Ph both opt. substd. by 1 or 2 halogen, CF3, 1-4C alkyl or 1-4C alkoxy; R4-R6=H or 1-6C alkyl, at least 1 being alkyl). - Tricyclic cpds. of formula (II), either n=0 and the broken bond is present; or n=1 and the broken bond is absent; R'3=R3 or a gp. convertible to it when n=0 or R3 when n=1.</p> |
