<p>PURPOSE:To suppress knocking below allowable limit while bringing the increase of the output of an internal-combustion engine near to the maximum by performing supercharge while controlling the supercharging amount with correspondence to the cooling capacity of an intake air cooling means and the learning value of the firing timing. CONSTITUTION:A knocking sensor 10 will detect the knocking of engine to obtain the correction amount of the firing timing to the lagging angle side with correspondence to the degree of knocking while to set the learning value of the firing timing with correspondence to said correction amount. An inlet temperature sensor 22 and an outlet temperature sensor 24 will read out the cooling capacity of intake air cooling means or an intercooler 4 to function a step motor 32 on the basis of said learning value of the firing timing and the cooling capacity thus to open/close a waste gate valve 6. The amount of exhaust gas passing through a bypass 8 detouring a turbine 2a is controlled through opening/ closing of said valve 6 thus to control the supercharge pressure.</p> |
