PURPOSE:To cut a spread-diameter part onto the wall of a concrete hole by installing a cutter which can be freely bulged to the outside of a wedge center and allowing the cutter to be spread outside by the lowering of a shank. CONSTITUTION:The lower edge of a wedge center 4 inserted into a hole A is attached onto the hole bottom, and a body 1 is turned in this state. The wedge center 4 is pushed into the hole on the body 1 against a spring set in the body 1. A cutter 11 positioned at the bulged jaw base part of the wedge center 14 shifts, cutting the wall of the hole, along the jaw 6 through the movement of the body 1, and the wall of the hole is spread and cut, and a spread-diameter part B is formed. Then, the pushing-in force for the body 1 is released, and then, the cutter 11 is returned to the original state and can be pulled-out from the hole A. |
