PURPOSE:To obtain a weighing and discharging mechanism of powder and grain which is simple in structure and can be operated easily without mistakes, by discharging powder and grains after locking a space partitioned at part of a powder and grains containing space by a partitioning body to an optional weighing volume and releasing the partition after the locked condition is released. CONSTITUTION:A weighing space 3 at the bottom of a powder and grain containing space 2 is made variable in capacity and, at the same time, the weighing space 3 is separated from the powder and grain containing space 2 by providing a partition plate 9. At the time of the partitioning, the partition plate 9 is moved backward and a weighing plate 7 is optionally rotated to the front side of a powder and grain taking- out port 12, and then, the weighing plate 7 is locked to prevent the plate 7 from returning to the original position by a locking mechanism 27. After a prescribed quantity of powder and grains is weighed, the partition plate is advanced and the space 3 is separated from the space 2. Then the weighing plate 7 is further rotated from the taking-out port and the powder and grain is discharged. Then the locking mechanism 27 is released and the partition plate 9 is moved backward so as to communicate the containing space 2 with the weighing space 3. Therefore, a weighing and discharging mechanism which is accurate and can be easily operated without mistakes can be obtained.
