PURPOSE:To maintain a high joining force even under the high-temperature environment by generating a tension force between a joining member, brittle member, and a hard member and joining the joining member with the brittle member and the hard member by the aid of this tension force. CONSTITUTION:When the brittle member 22 such as glass or ceramics is joined with a hard member 24 such as Fe-Ni alloy, etc. through a binding member 26, the hard member 24 is arranged onto a base 36 so that a large-diameter hole 32 is set upward, and the connection part of the member 22 is inserted into the hole 32. Then, the member 26 is inserted into the space part on a ring which is formed by the outer peripheral surface of the member 22 and the inner peripheral surface of the member 24. When the projected part of the member 26 is press-fitted, the upper edge part generates plastic flow, and flows into a circumferential groove 30. Then, the member 26 generates a large tension force between the lower edge part of the circumferential groove 30, and is firmly joined with the member 22. Through this method, a high joining force can be maintained even under high-temperature environment. |
