PURPOSE:To reduce weight and to improve working efficiency, by a method wherein the lower bed of a framework made of steel and the floor forming member of a building module are integrally manufactured so that they are separable from each other, and after, during installation, the lower bed is firmly adhered to a foundation, the floor forming member is separated. CONSTITUTION:A lower bed 14 of a framework A made of steel is connected to a floor forming member 15 of a building module B through a connecting member or a bolt connection, and the framework and the building module, inclusive of a rotary machine 11 and attendant installation, are integrally manufactured at a shop. The integral equipment is transported to a site, and the lower bed 14 is placed on a foundation 18 for installation. After grout 19 is poured in a gap between the lower bed 14 and the foundation 18 to secure the lower bed 14, the lower bed 14 and the floor forming member 15 are separated from each other by cutting a boundary therebetween or unscrewing a bolt. This abbreviates a construction work at a site, improves working efficiency, and enables prevention of propagation of vibration from the framework made of steel to a building. |
